NexDial is a predictive dialer, a browser softphone and a lead CRM in one place — connected to the carrier you already buy minutes from, and separated tenant by tenant so a floor of forty agents and a team of three can run on the same install.

What it is
A dialer for the people who own the numbers.
Most dialers sell you minutes and keep the margin. NexDial does not: you connect the carrier account you already have — Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage, SignalWire, DIDWW, DIDLogic, Wavix, a plain SIP trunk, or your own Asterisk — and keep whatever rate you negotiated. What we build is the part above the call: pacing that keeps agents talking, a screen an agent can actually work from, and a record of the conversation that is still there next month.
Built for Pakistan and beyond
PKR-denominated billing, Asia/Karachi scheduling and +92 numbering through four carriers that actually sell them — without giving up international destinations.
Separated by default
Every row carries its tenant and the filter is applied by the models, not by each screen remembering. A query written without a tenant returns nothing.
Costed to the call
Each call is rated per destination prefix with your plan's own increment and minimum, and every figure on a report can be opened down to the calls behind it.
Runs a floor, not a demo
Supervisor monitoring, whisper and barge, agent states, callbacks, suppression at dial time and an audit trail with names against actions.
Features
Everything a floor needs, and nothing it has to work around.
Six things this software is judged on. All of them are in the trial — the limits are on size, not on capability.
Predictive, progressive and preview dialing
One pacing engine, three modes. Predictive watches answer rate, average talk time and how many agents are free, then opens as many lines as the floor can actually absorb -- and holds back when the abandon rate says it cannot. Progressive dials one line per free agent. Preview hands the record over first.
A softphone in the browser
Agents take calls in the same tab they read the script in: no desk phone, no client to install, no VPN. WebRTC to your carrier or to your own Asterisk, with hold, transfer, mute and DTMF on the keys they already use.
Your carrier, not ours
Twilio, Plivo, Telnyx, Vonage and SignalWire for cloud voice; DIDWW, DIDLogic and Wavix when you need Pakistani numbers; a plain SIP trunk or your existing Asterisk when you already have one. Credentials stay yours, per account, encrypted.
Recording, whisper and monitoring
Every call recorded to storage you control, with a retention window that actually deletes. Supervisors listen live, whisper to the agent without the customer hearing, or barge in -- and each of those is a logged action against a named person.
Leads, pipeline and follow-ups
A dialer that forgets the conversation is a dialer you use once. Dispositions feed a lead pipeline, callbacks become dated follow-ups on an agent's own list, and every call, note and recording stays on the contact's timeline.
Suppression and duplicate control
Do-not-call lists are enforced at dial time, not at import. Duplicate numbers are found across every list you own -- exact, national-format and last-nine-digit matching -- so the same person is not called twice by two campaigns on the same afternoon.
How it works
From nothing to dialing, in the order the software makes you do it.
Four steps. None of them is a support ticket, and none of them needs us on a call with you.
1
Connect a carrier
Paste the credentials for the provider you already buy minutes from, or point NexDial at your SIP trunk. The connection is tested before it is saved.
2
Add your seats
Each agent gets an extension, and the extension is the licence. Create the agents, hand out the sign-in details, and they are on the floor.
3
Import a list
A CSV, mapped column by column with a preview before anything is written. Numbers are normalised to E.164, duplicates are flagged and your suppression list is applied on the way in.
4
Set the pace and start
Choose the dial mode, the retry rules and the abandon cap, then start the campaign. The wallboard shows what is happening while it happens.
Pricing
The plan is for the platform. The minutes are your carrier's.
These are the same rate plans the invoices are calculated from, so the figure on this page is the figure the billing engine charges. Call rates are what NexDial adds on top of what your carrier bills you — set per destination prefix, with your plan's own increment and minimum.

Where trials start
Prepaid, no monthly commitment. Suited to a small team testing a list before it commits to volume.
No monthly fee
Prepaid — calls spend from a wallet you top up
Calls from $ 2.10 per minute
Billed in 60-second blocks after a 60-second minimum
Rates shown are the lowest configured destination on each plan and exclude what your own carrier charges for the minutes. Larger volumes are priced per account — ask.
FAQ
The questions a first call is spent on.
Answered here because a question left unanswered is read as a no. If yours is not on the list, the form below reaches a person.
Do I need my own carrier account?
Yes, and that is the point. NexDial does not resell minutes, so you keep whatever rate you have negotiated and you are never locked to one provider. Connect Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage, SignalWire, DIDWW, DIDLogic, Wavix, a SIP trunk, or your own Asterisk -- several at once if you route different campaigns differently.
Can I get Pakistani numbers?
Through Telnyx, DIDWW, DIDLogic or Wavix, all four of which sell +92 DIDs and all four of which are supported. Twilio does not offer Pakistani numbers, which is one of the reasons the carrier layer is pluggable rather than fixed.
What happens to call recordings?
They are downloaded from the carrier to storage you control -- a private disk or your own S3-compatible bucket -- and the carrier-side URL is dropped once the file is ours. Nothing is served from a public URL: playback goes through a permission check that records who listened to what. A retention window deletes them on schedule.
Is my data separated from other accounts?
Every row that belongs to a tenant carries that tenant, and the filter is applied by the models themselves rather than by each screen remembering to ask. A query written without a tenant returns nothing instead of returning everything.
How is calling billed?
Prepaid accounts spend from a wallet balance you top up; postpaid accounts are invoiced monthly against the same usage records. Either way every call is rated per destination prefix with your plan's own increment and minimum, and you can read the individual calls behind any figure.
Can I run it on my own servers?
Yes. It is a Laravel application with MySQL and Redis behind it, it ships with a Docker compose file, and the telephony side can be entirely on-premise if you point it at your own Asterisk or FreeSWITCH.
What does the trial include?
The whole application -- every dial mode, recording, coaching, the CRM and the reports. The limits are on size, not on features: a few seats and a small calling credit, enough to run a real list rather than a demo.
Do you handle compliance for me?
No software can. NexDial gives you the controls -- suppression enforced at dial time, an abandon-rate cap the pacer obeys, calling-hour windows per campaign, recording notices and a full audit trail -- but which rules apply to your calls, and to the countries you call, is yours to decide.
